BINDER CARE Turn your binder inside out, cool handwash after each wear for longevity using a mild soap like yellow sunlight soap, rinse well in cold water and dry flat on a towel with the cotton bind facing up. It' should dry overnight. Do NOT hang your binder to dry in the sun! Heat destroys elastane. No dryer.

SAFETY INFO Do not sleep, exercise or swim in this binder. Wear up to 8 hours a day. Take a couple of days off a week to let your body rest. If you experience pain while wearing, remove immediately. This binder does not compress the rib cage if you are wearing the correct size. There should be breathing room for your diaphragm.

SIZING INFO - The RIBCAGE (underbust) is the most important measurement for QUANTUM. If your RIBCAGE puts you into one size and the CHEST (largest part) measurement another, generally you would go with the size that matches the RIBCAGE measurement. Don't size up! It will be too big and won't work.

Also, if your ribcage measurement is on the lower side of the sliding scale, for instance Ribcage measures 93cm (27") which puts you in either XL or 2XL, you will most likely fit into the smaller size, XL.

Please don't stress if you end up finding the binder doesn't fit. We exchange :)

Measurements are just a guide - trust your body. It should not feel overly tight wearing it if you are wearing the right size, just nice and firm, easy to breathe.

Its weird but true that two people can have identical measurements yet prefer to wear different size binders.
