Assuming you are somewhere in Australia.

The Process
  • Purchase something from our online store.
  • Your new item will be lovingly prepared and packaged for shipping generally within 1 working day - maybe a little longer at the moment things are pretty hectic. 
  • Shipping is via the good old Australia Post.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
  • Open your parcel with excited anticipation.
  • Put on your new treasure and enjoy the warm glow of feeling fabulous. 

Please Note
If you happen to live somewhere beyond the black stump (i.e. a regional area), you may have to wait an extra day or two for your package to arrive.
Also, if possible, it's best to provide an address that is inhabited during regular business hours.
If you've made a mistake with your address and realise after submitting your order - email us with the correct details and we will sort it out - all will be fine!

Example: "Uh-Oh, my beautiful new swimsuit is the wrong size."
Usage: The term is commonly uttered by brightly coloured, slightly fuzzy, children's TV critters.

RETURNS

Returning your Lily and Bang Bang/Siouxsie Swim masterpiece
for exchange or refund is as simple as Doe, Rea, Me.
Well... more or less, there is a process and certain stipulations but nothing too drastic.  

Returns Process
  1. Read Lily and Bang Bang's Exchange and Refund Policy to ensure you are fully informed of the necessary requirements and responsibilities. Fear not, it isn't 20 pages of indecipherable legalese.
  2. Simply complete the Returns Form that was included in the parcel with your purchase. 
  3. Send us a quick email to request your unique Returned Goods Authorisation Number (RGA#).
  4. We will provide you with the RGA# by return email. Write this number on the Returns Form.
  5. Post the the completed form together with the garment back to us. We recommend using a trackable postage method (see policy for details).
  6. Once we receive the returned item, Lily and Bang Bang will (depending on whether you have requested a refund or exchange) either:
    1. refund the purchase price of the garment via the payment method used to purchase the item; or 
    2. send you another equally amazing replacement item. (We will also cover the cost of posting the new item to you).
  7. Your new garment arrives (as per shipping process - see above) or your refund is cleared by the appropriate financial institution. Yay.

It may take a week or so for your return to be processed. We will however, email to let you know when we have received the returned item and again when we have processed the refund or sent the new item.

Lily and Bang Bang's Exchange and Refund Policy
General Returns

Lily and Bang Bang are more than happy to freely exchange or provide a full refund for your binder/swimsuit for any reason. All that we ask is that the swimwear/binder is returned to us within 30 days of purchase and is in a saleable condition.

For a garment to be considered saleable it must meet the following requirements: 
  • unworn
  • unmarked
  • unwashed 
  • hygiene protector still intact     (if applicable)
  • labels intact
  • swing tags still attached

​All returned items will be inspected by Lily and Bang Bang to determine saleability before a request for exchange or refund is actioned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsalable condition, we will: inform the sender that the request for exchange or refund has been declined; and return the item to the sender. 

Lily and Bang Bang cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend that you make sure your item is well packaged. We also recommend you insure and track your parcel when you post it to us. This is quite easy to do with Australia Post.

Faulty Returns
Lily and Band Bang are committed to ensuring that all our garments are of the highest quality. Should something actually go wrong with your binder/swimsuit (goddess forbid) contact us straight away. We will organise return of the offending item (as per the Returns Process) and arrange repair, replacement or refund - as appropriate.

We will require proof of purchase - if you don't have the original invoice we would have a copy here somewhere, so it shouldn't be a problem. Also, this isn't an indefinite offer and is to be understood as remaining valid for what would generally be considered a reasonable period of time for a swimsuit/binder.     

The returned item will be inspected by Lily and Bang Bang to determine whether the fault is the result of:
  • an inherent failure of the garment; or
  •  mistreatment and/or lack of appropriate care for the garment.  
​In the disheartening event that the fault is deemed to be the result of mistreatment and/or lack of appropriate care for the garment we will: inform the sender that the request for repair, replacement or refund has been declined; and return the item to the sender.

The Returns Process is underpinned by the information detailed above and is to be understood as part of Lily and Bang Bang's Exchange and Refund Policy.
